AS YOU KNOW HOLMAN FORD LINCOLN MERCURY WILL SOON BE OFFERING A NEW WAY TO SERVICE ALL MAKE AND MODEL VEHICLES. PLEASE REVIEW THE BELOW FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS SO YOU CAN BE MORE INFORMED AS TO THIS EXCITING NEW SERVICE.

Q. Do I have to own a Ford, Lincoln or Mercury to use the Quick Lane?

A. Not at all! The Quick Lane will be able to service and maintain all makes and models including our current Ford, Lincoln and Mercury customers.

 

Q. What is Quick Lane?

A. Quick Lane is a full service Tire and Auto Center. We will be able to perform most anything from oil changes to tires and alignments.

 

Q. How is the Quick Lane different from Jiffy Lube or other fast lube businesses?

A. Jiffy Lube and other "fast lube" facilities perform basic oil changes and some minimum services. They are not a FULL SERVICE one stop shop for your car. Quick Lane will utilize Factory Trained technicians to perform services like Lube, Oil and Filter changes - Scheduled Maintenance - Suspension and Steering Maintenance - Transmission Maintenance - Tire repairs and replacements - Cooling System Maintenance - Lamp/Bulb replacements, Wheel alignments - Wiper Blades - Brake service - Belts & Hoses - Batteries and much, much more.

 

Q. When will the Quick Lane officially open?

A. The target date is on or before November 15th.

 

Q. Will customers need appointments for Quick Lane Service?

A. Not at all, although if you choose to make an appointment we can certainly accommodate you.

 

Q. Will the Quick Lane have its own phone number?

A. Yes. (856) 380-8099

 

Q. Will Quick Lane customers still use the service drive?

A. No. Once complete the Quick Lane will offer ample parking directly in front of the Quick Lane office.

 

Q. What are the hours?

A. Mon thru Fri 7:30 am - 6:00 pm. Sat 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

 

Q. Why do we need a Quick Lane?

A. Think about all the great service we provide to our current customers everyday. Now imagine if we could provide that same great service to our current customer's wives, husbands, children, parents and friends vehicles? With Quick Lane Tire and Auto Service Center every customer can have a trusted shop to bring their vehicles to regardless of the make and model. And last but not least, with so many dealerships closing there is a growing need for local qualified full service repair shops. 

 

Q. What makes Quick Lane different from another so called "Full Service" shop?

A. Lots! Most independent shops do not have Factory Trained Technicians, Access to Dealer only technical information, State of the art equipment, Extensive inventory, Genuine Motorcraft replacement parts that carry a 12 month/12,000 mile parts and labor warranty or replacement batteries that include roadside assistance at no additional charge.
